P1 Staff Bios
Eric Burch; President
Eric Burch has been in the motorsports industry since 1998 in various capacities from Team Management to Ownership in multiple racing series’, as well as spending some of that time as Director of Sales for a very successful Racing School. After amassing an impressive record of 30 Top-5 finishes and multiple podium finishes in 44-race starts to go along with finishing in the Top-3 in the Team Championships during that time, Mr. Burch formed P1 Groupe in November of 2006 after realizing some deficiencies within the motorsports arena for Drivers as they transition into their professional careers. In this time P1 Groupe has placed more than 100 drivers in the famed Rolex 24 hours of Daytona, and cultivated the careers of many top professionals in the sport today as they moved from amateur to paid professionals.
Tammy Williams; Operations Manager/Sponsorship Coordinator
After spending 13 years in the dental industry, Ms. Williams joined P1 Groupe in September of 2008 and quickly climbed the ranks from entry level to a management capacity within the organization. Ms. Williams is responsible for office operations in addition to her responsibilities in sponsorship coordination, logistics, brand activation and hospitality needs on behalf our and our Drivers’ marketing partners. She is responsible for heading up various media and social media campaigns on behalf of our clientele.
